Normandy, it all starts in the Eure!

Normandy, its cows, its apple trees, its half-timbered houses, its coastline, its lush countryside and its food...Of course you know it. But do you know the Eure? Explore this little region of Normandy nestled between Paris and the Norman Coast!

One hour from Paris, Rouen, and the beaches of Cabourg, Deauville and Honfleur, the Eure clearly has a Norman identity: the art of fine food, typical hedgerows, rivers, valleys, unspoilt natural sites, ancient abbeys, medieval castles, villages with half-timbered buildings, authentic countryside with orchards and apple trees.

Water is precious and second nature to the Eure in Normandy. Rivers and streams are everywhere; they foster the presence of unique ecosystems and provide a wide range of activities, good for both body and mind.
