Close to the Château de Beaumesnil, Marie Bourut bought the cider-making part of the Manoir du Val Farm in 2001. In 2012, the farm was certified organic. Learn more about the cider-making activity of the farm that is strongly willing to be in harmony with nature and environmentally-friendly. Whatever time of year, there is always something to see and to taste. The most difficult part will be to choose between cider, Calvados, Pommeau, apple juice, perry, jam, cider vinegar, etc.
Homemade cider: The Manoir du Val offers the opportunity to those who want to ferment it at home to buy the juice from the press (bulk cider).
